While at the park a few weeks ago, Rachel took a tumble. This is what she looked like the day after:
Luckily nothing was broken and the bruising only lasted a week.

Oh so sad! My kids are always covered in bruises! Mostly my 5 year old... she is so uncoordinated that she'll find the only thing in the middle of an empty floor and trip over it and wind up on her face! Poor kid!
That looks pretty bad. I'm glad it do more damage than that.
Oh man - that is bad but I was imagining much worse from your description of the event/battle scars :D
